About us
Originally established in 2004 to deal predominantly with Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), we have hands-on experience in managing tax and legal issues and structuring deals in almost all of the 27 CEE countries. With the ongoing globalisation, our experience has extended to Western Europe, Australia, North America, and beyond. Where useful, we also work with low-tax jurisdictions all over the globe. We have kept our name cee tax to stay true to our roots.
We have a large network of trusted individuals and companies that we work with in Central and Eastern Europe and globally. The international networks we are a member of are non-exclusive and we do not accept nor pay referral fees or retrocession payments from or to the firms we work with. This means that we can choose and work only with the best.
